R&B have completed many commercial renovation and refurbishment contracts for various commercial clients including Kone PLC, Burberry, Hoseasons, Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC & Timothy Taylor Brewery & Co Ltd. Projects have ranged from production and process area modernisation through to office refurbishment, staff canteens, shared areas and staff bathrooms. In addition to interior fit-outs, we have also undertaken small civils works including employee car parks and general groundworks.
Shop Refurb & Fit-Out
R&B Building Services have extensive experience in shop refurbishment and fit-out. We have recently refurbished a number of regional holiday booking agencies on behalf of Hoseasons. These projects have required a quick turnaround and involved all elements of interior renovation from plumbing, electrical and networking, through to floor finishes and decoration.

Residential Construction, Conversion & Maintenance
R&B Building have been providing all residential construction and maintenace services for a number of years. We have undertaken bespoke building contracts on large residential properties through to general home extensions and house renovation. For new builds, extensions and conversions, our team of tradesmen can undertake all aspects of the work from the foundations to the floor finishes – and all elements in between including joinery, plumbing, electrical, plastering and decoration.
Planning, Design & Estimating Services
We can offer a full design and estimating service for all your building projects, and assist you with both the planning and Building Regulations process. R&B can also provide full Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) design and cost estimating.
