This started out to be a relatively small building project in Bracewell, Lancashire including kitchen extension and minor alterations. However, during the works programme we discovered serious issues with the existing building fabric and we ended up fully renovating the whole barn including new roof, new walls, new floors, re-wiring, re-plumbing and three luxury bathrooms.

We have undertaken bespoke building contracts on large residential properties through to general home extensions and house renovation. For new builds, extensions and conversions, our team of tradesmen can undertake all aspects of the work from the foundations to the floor finishes – and all elements in between including joinery, plumbing, electrical, plastering and decoration.
